Searching for an opportunity that just adds up? We’re looking for a new Hotel Accountant with a strong enough grasp of the figures to balance managing hotel assets, maintaining a centralized accounting environment, and making accurate forecasts. In complete confidence.
A little taste of your day-to-day.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Hands on with all hotels financial activity while working closely with the rest of our finance and accounting team.
- Ensure accuracy of daily revenue reconciliation and all bank deposits with the hotel team.
- Managing accounts payable to balance cash flow and protect our reputation with our suppliers.
- Manage accounts receivables processes to ensure accuracy of all billing, timely communication with all accounts, and collection of all outstanding receivables.
- Preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets – as well as reviewing rates and taking part in sales strategy meetings.
- Participate in financial review and analysis to establish targets, benchmarks and best practices to ensure proper flowthrough of revenues.
- Ensuring financial control procedures are ethical and legal.
What we need from you:
- Minimum three years in direct hotel accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
