Job Position: Controller (Full Time Position).

We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, General Contractor and Landlord of office, commercial and industrial buildings.

The role is to support all aspects of accounting management:

Billing - Reporting Reconciliations - Budgets - Audits - Month End Closing - Year End Closing.
Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
Manage journal entries and invoices.
Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies of imbalances.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
Understanding of date analysis and forecasting.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
Experience in JONAS is preferable.
Working knowledge of Construction and Property Management as well as Development.
Experience with full-cycle accounts payable.
Well organized and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
